What to expect

GUGUS! is a dance piece for everyone from age 6, with or without kids. Two circus artists use a teeterboard to launch each other through the air, dance, make music and sound effects, and turn into odd characters. It’s inspired by Dada, the art movement that started in Zurich, and celebrates doing things just for the fun of it (‘Gugus’ means both ‘hello’ and ‘nonsense’ in Swiss German). It lasts 60 minutes and has no spoken language. Right afterward, there’s a family breaking workshop for kids from 6 and their adults, with no registration.
