What to expect

Heuried is one of the city’s three outdoor artificial ice rinks, sitting between Wiedikon and the foot of the Uetliberg. It’s easy to reach by tram and is one of the rinks offering free skating and rental on November 8.

Good to know

  • Sunday 10:00–12:00 has a parent-and-child area (kids up to about 14) on half the outdoor rink.
  • Skate rental CHF 6, and a skating aid or toddler slider CHF 3 (plus deposit); toddler helmets are free with a deposit.
