What to expect
Bern’s heated candle-dipping tent on lower Waisenhausplatz has eight dipping stations at different heights, so kids and adults can both work comfortably. Choose colored wax or beeswax, build your candle layer by layer, and get help from experienced volunteers with the finishing touches. No experience is needed.
Good to know
- Last entry is one hour before closing; price depends on candle weight and wax type.
- Wax can stain clothes, so dress accordingly, and keep an eye on younger kids.
