Zug Christmas market on Alpenquai

What to expect

Zug’s lakeside market on Alpenquai runs for about five weeks, with stalls, food, and a separate kids’ village. Children get their own mini huts, a carousel, and hands-on activities, and Samichlaus stops by during the season.

Good to know

  • Before 4 pm on weekdays, only about half the huts are open.
  • The lakeside gets cold after dark, so dress kids warmly.
