What to expect

Piazza Grande turns into an ice rink with a carousel, light installations, and Santa’s House, which has animatronics and a VR sleigh ride. New this year, a Christmas train links it to Ascona, where a 700 m ice path runs along the lakefront. There’s also a kids’ program.
