Rheinlicht Festival — Schaffhausen
What to expect
For its second year, Rheinlicht lights up Schaffhausen’s Old Town every evening with more than 20 light installations, projections, and sculptures by artists from around the world. The route starts at Aufgang Tanne, crosses the Herrenacker, winds through the Old Town down to the Rhine and the Munot, and ends at St. Johann. Some installations are free to see; a ticket gets you into selected installations at some of the most striking spots. This weekend is the last chance to go.
Good to know
- Buy tickets online to skip the line at the evening box office.
- Swap your ticket for a day wristband at the start of the route (Aufgang Tanne) or at an evening box office.
- Ticketcorner fees come on top of the ticket price.
- Kids 11–16 need ID for the youth price.
