What to expect

Lucerne’s Christmas Train winds through the lit-up streets and squares of the city, with music and stories about Christmas in Lucerne, and you stay seated throughout. All departures are in the evening, from 18:00, and tours run in German or English.

Good to know

  • German and English tours leave at different times, and Dec 26–27 are English only, so pick your language when booking.
  • Tours can be canceled in snow or icy conditions; tickets are refunded if rebooking isn't possible.
