What to expect

This old-town market runs on the first Wednesday and Thursday of December, with crafts, gifts, and mulled wine at more than 70 stalls. The highlight for kids is Samichlaus, who arrives on the square with his donkey and hands out mandarins and peanuts. It stays open into the evening.
