What to expect
Bülach welcomes Samichlaus into the old town on the first Sunday of Advent with a big procession of Samichläuse, bell ringers, drummers, angels, and dwarfs, plus horse-drawn wagons showing scenes like a bakery. It starts at 5 pm and heads from Bahnhofstrasse toward Marktgasse and Untertor. The town’s large Christmas market runs the same weekend.
